Terms of Service
By using our website and services, you agree to comply with our ethical farming standards. Our Shatpada traps and IoT devices are provided with official ICAR licensing and should be used according to the provided instructional manuals.
Refund & Cancellation
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused traps and sensors. If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours for an immediate replacement. Subscription-based digital services can be canceled anytime from your dashboard.
